Omni Interactions is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us!
We're disrupting the work-at-home contact center model by offering an on-demand, high quality, people-based customer service gig platform. We want your expert communication skills, interest in sales, and excitement to introduce potential clients to the Omniverse. Bring your experience, knowledge, skills, and ideas to the Omniverse and change the BPO space!
Who is Omni? Omni is a remote, work-from-home customer service gig platform. Omni partners with Gig Brand Ambassadors (GBAs), who are independent contractors that have specialized skills and represent brands across multiple channels, such as: email, text, phone, chat, and AI bot.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our small but mighty team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients through outbound prospecting and cold calling to Omni. The SDR will use their knowledge of the contact center industry to build relationships with prospects and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and has a desire to achieve success in sales.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong interest in sales, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, have an active pipeline within 30-60 days, and have the potential to move into an AE role by the 90-day mark based on success and ability to meet quota.
Job Description:
Generating high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling
Creating sales sequences and ABM email campaigns to different prospect segments by industry, pain point, use case, etc.
Generating sales prospects through LinkedIn
Attending and generating leads at conferences and sponsored events
Developing relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
Qualifying leads and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Analyzing customer requirements and crafting effective sales pitches to meet them
Building a strong pipeline
Creating accurate sales forecasts
Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work deals beyond the initial stages and shadow sales team to grow in an AE role

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in outbound sales and cold calling
1+ years of experience in the contact center or customer service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in HubSpot and Apollo or similar SDR tools

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 + commission/annually.
