Job Summary

A non-profit technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative.

Position Responsibilities
  • Driving a diverse sales strategy catered to the corrections space
  • Qualifying prospective leads and being the first point of contact for the organization
  • Guiding qualified prospects through the sales funnel with the goal of signing on new partners
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a related role/environment
  • Ability to build positive relationships with Executive Directors and relevant partners across state Departments of Corrections
  • Understanding of sales strategy, outbound and inbound sales, and research analytics
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skills to identify key decision-makers and relevant information about potential clients
