Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Translate stakeholder requests into scalable Salesforce solutions and optimize business processes
- Manage Salesforce configurations, custom solutions, and oversee system testing and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar senior role in SaaS B2B
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and business processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign configuration
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Monday
