Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience
- Optimize and manage the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and usability
- Analyze hiring data and deliver strategic insights to finance and leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Experience in recruitment operations, including ATS management and process design
- Proven track record of filling high-growth technical and GTM roles
- Deep data expertise in analyzing funnel performance and identifying process gaps
- Experience leading interview training or DEI hiring initiatives
