Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and attract top talent for priority roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates for high-priority and high-volume roles
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline through various platforms and referrals
  • Collaborate with the People Experience Manager on hiring priorities and conduct initial phone screens
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Proven success sourcing for a variety of roles across departments
  • Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced environment
