Senior VoIP Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VOIP Engineer Senior to support the VTC team at the Department of Transportation in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain VoIP and VTC systems for seamless communication
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and develop aligned solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP and VTC components to ensure optimal performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing Voice networks with advanced VoIP skills
- Experience with WebEx and other VTC technologies
- Knowledge of Cisco call manager and Cisco Unity VM
- Ability to perform network cable pulls and install network drops
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
