Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming technical support calls and provide troubleshooting for VOIP services
  • Manage third-party carrier tickets and assist with porting and CNAM updates
  • Analyze logs, diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineers for necessary code changes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer-facing telecommunications support experience
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience managing numbers/services in carrier portals
  • Familiarity with diagnosing VOIP services using network monitoring tools
  • Experience supporting end users of a Kazoo Cluster
