Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming technical support calls and provide troubleshooting for VOIP services
- Manage third-party carrier tickets and assist with porting and CNAM updates
- Analyze logs, diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineers for necessary code changes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing telecommunications support experience
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Experience managing numbers/services in carrier portals
- Familiarity with diagnosing VOIP services using network monitoring tools
- Experience supporting end users of a Kazoo Cluster
