Senior Workday Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to create and manage Workday reports and dashboards for various end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and test complex Workday reports and dashboards
- Utilize Workday capabilities to create automated and scalable reporting solutions
- Conduct reporting audits and provide support for reporting issues and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years in HR reporting and/or HRIS administration roles, with a minimum of 3 years in Workday report writing
- Deep knowledge of Workday data sources and complex calculated fields
- Experience utilizing trended data sources for report creation
- In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting capabilities and data architecture
