Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT Service Management efforts for middleware and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of all service delivery functions
- Manage middleware and database service lifecycles
- Identify areas to realize additional value for ITSM delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Eligible for Public Trust suitability
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7 years of service management, database, or middleware experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree
- ITIL 4 Foundation and/or Practitioner Certification or higher
- Expertise implementing ServiceNow best practices
