Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Dispatcher in the Help Desk category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all service requests from start to finish in a time-sensitive manner
- Schedule and assign resources for projects, installations, and IT service requests
- Maximize the efficiency of the service team and achieve established goals
Required Qualifications:
- 2 or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of office environment experience, preferably in IT or Telecommunications
- Ability to manage multiple service tickets simultaneously
- Proficiency in office management software and strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to properly manage company proprietary and confidential information
