- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 5+ years in process areas such as ITSM, CSM, or HR
- 10+ years of enterprise-level technical implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration Certification required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 5 areas required
