Job Summary
A company is looking for a Small Business Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect small to mid-sized ecommerce and fintech merchants through various outreach methods
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs analysis
- Collaborate with Small Business Account Executives to hand off warm opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS, ecommerce, or fintech
- Experience with outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with merchants
- Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem and merchant pain points
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Bonus: Experience using sales tech tools like Hubspot, Gong, or Zoominfo
