Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and oversee execution and delivery of applications for customer order management
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with technical direction
- Coach and mentor team members while fostering a positive engineering culture
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of engineering management or proven tech leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with agile software development and management
