Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Software Development Engineers, setting performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback and coaching, and allocating resources effectively
- Provide technical leadership and direction to ensure successful delivery of projects, foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, and encourage innovation and continuous improvement
- Oversee the execution of customer projects, track team productivity, and monitor and report on team performance
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 8 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer and 5 years of experience managing Software Development teams in a SaaS company
- Strong experience in building and maintaining mission-critical applications and expertise in at least 3 of the following technologies: Angular, Stencil.js, .NET Core, AWS Lamba, Mulesoft, Native Mobile languages (swift/java/kotlin), Ionic, Apache Cordova, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Apache Kafka
