Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality software support to clients, resolving complex technical and application problems
  • Manage customer escalations and act as a liaison for clients in issues with standard products
  • Research and troubleshoot client reported issues, documenting solutions and maintaining product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Working knowledge of appropriate operating systems and relational databases
  • Knowledge of Transact SQL programming language/SQL Enterprise Manager or ISQL/Informix
  • Desire to work in a support desk environment with a professional telephone manner
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write and use general SQL scripts
