Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and replicate software issues, escalating them to engineering and project management teams
  • Assist in testing new features and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software support
  • Talent for research and information-gathering
  • Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Zendesk and/or JIRA preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of both Windows and MacOS
