Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, QA & Training - Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and implement a global quality management system to ensure excellent service experience for clients and members
  • Create and implement solutions to maintain adequate knowledge of products and services, system updates, and processes for global Operations teams
  • Measure, review, and report on quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or IT related field required, MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in a call center or similar service organization in a quality assurance or training role
  • Experience providing feedback or coaching teams to improve Operations quality
  • Process documentation and management experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM or cloud contact center applications, Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
