Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, QA & Training - Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and implement a global quality management system to ensure excellent service experience for clients and members
- Create and implement solutions to maintain adequate knowledge of products and services, system updates, and processes for global Operations teams
- Measure, review, and report on quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or IT related field required, MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a call center or similar service organization in a quality assurance or training role
- Experience providing feedback or coaching teams to improve Operations quality
- Process documentation and management experience preferred
- Experience with CRM or cloud contact center applications, Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
