Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support & QA Specialist (US Real Estate Market).
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition into a support role to assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and feature usage
- Perform QA testing on new platform integrations, primarily related to analytics tools
- Identify, document, and help troubleshoot bugs and issues during the QA process
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in technical support roles in the US real estate market (is a must)
- 4+ years of experience in Manual QA testing
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business domains
- Availability to work fully aligned with US business hours
