Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Coder in Revenue Cycle Coding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assign diagnostic and procedural codes based on medical record documentation
- Conduct quality reviews of outpatient coding to ensure compliance with regulations
- Educate and offer feedback to physicians and staff on documentation and coding guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of multi-specialty coding experience
- Must hold coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA

- Experience in communicating, training, and educating providers in coding proficiency
