Strategic Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator of Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer service point of contact for large Strategic Accounts and assist with setup processes
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and managing returns of incorrect or damaged merchandise
• Monitor account setups and provide support for MWI E-commerce while staying informed on product offerings and industry changes

Required Qualifications

• 0-2+ years' experience in a marketing or advertising role
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
• Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently
• High level of computer literacy and accuracy in detail orientation
• Confident self-starter with solution-oriented skills
