Strategic Accounts Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator of Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer service point of contact for large Strategic Accounts and assist with setup processes
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and managing returns of incorrect or damaged merchandise
- Monitor account setups and provide support for MWI E-commerce while staying informed on product offerings and industry changes
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years' experience in a marketing or advertising role
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
- Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently
- High level of computer literacy and accuracy in detail orientation
- Confident self-starter with solution-oriented skills
