Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and goals for client engagement, ensuring alignment among stakeholders
- Develop detailed account plans and oversee the execution of strategies for client relationship growth
- Represent the company in strategic discussions and advocate for client needs within the organization
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as Management Consulting or Account Management
- 5+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience managing complex relationships with high-profile clients
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and related tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
