Strategic Programs Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Programs Senior Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating strategic enablement programs and aligning cross-functional collaborators in a matrixed environment
- Managing program governance, including scope, deliverables, and success criteria
- Developing operational plans, mitigating risks, and scaling programs once delivered
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct or related experience, with 3-5 years in enablement or instructional design preferred
- Certification in a project management method is preferred
- Experience with Kirkpatrick's Learning Evaluation framework and Action Mapping framework is highly recommended
- Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully in fast-paced environments
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
