Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Escalation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2+ technical support and manage customer technical issues
- Perform software and operating system updates and assist in deploying solutions
- Monitor support activity and ensure compliance with customer SLAs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or medical imaging informatics
- Experience with Linux operating systems and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with customer support case management tools (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira)
- Knowledge of healthcare information protocols and standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS)
- Computer science degree or similar discipline is desirable
