Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Escalation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2+ technical support and manage customer technical issues
  • Perform software and operating system updates and assist in deploying solutions
  • Monitor support activity and ensure compliance with customer SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or medical imaging informatics
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with customer support case management tools (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira)
  • Knowledge of healthcare information protocols and standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, PACS)
  • Computer science degree or similar discipline is desirable
