A company is looking for an Analyst, Support Services (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to customers via calls, emails, and chat across multiple platforms
  • Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
  • Research solutions using available resources and collaborate with teammates for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience using Google Suite products
  • 1+ years experience in the Customer Service field
  • Experience in an IT/Help Desk Support environment (preferred)
  • Degree in Computer Information Technology or Education (preferred)
