Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Support Services (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers via calls, emails, and chat across multiple platforms
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Research solutions using available resources and collaborate with teammates for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience using Google Suite products
- 1+ years experience in the Customer Service field
- Experience in an IT/Help Desk Support environment (preferred)
- Degree in Computer Information Technology or Education (preferred)
