System Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Remote System Support Specialist.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide general clinical systems and processes support to Clinical and Psychology Teams
- Perform general data entry, create new patient profiles, and transfer files into the main electronic health record system
- Interface with Caregivers to support timely and accurate completion of clinical assessment documentation, and escalate high priority or time-sensitive matters to the Lead Systems Support Specialist
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year prior experience in customer service and/or data entry
- Baseline knowledge of web-based SaaS application use
- Experience in the Medical or ABA field is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA practices and standards is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
