Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Remote System Support Specialist.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide general clinical systems and processes support to Clinical and Psychology Teams
  • Perform general data entry, create new patient profiles, and transfer files into the main electronic health record system
  • Interface with Caregivers to support timely and accurate completion of clinical assessment documentation, and escalate high priority or time-sensitive matters to the Lead Systems Support Specialist
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year prior experience in customer service and/or data entry
  • Baseline knowledge of web-based SaaS application use
  • Experience in the Medical or ABA field is a plus
  • Knowledge of HIPAA practices and standards is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
