Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Train customers on how to use the product
- Build customer relationships and find additional use cases for their environment
- Triage escalations of tickets from the customer support team and expedite resolutions
Qualifications:
- US security clearance preferred and experience in DoD/federal work environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of programming against REST APIs
- At least 4 years industry experience in a customer facing role within software and/or technology
- Strong understanding of Internet protocols, data formats and structures, and networking and security technologies
- Basic understanding of Python and critical thinking skills
