Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Train customers on how to use the product
  • Build customer relationships and find additional use cases for their environment
  • Triage escalations of tickets from the customer support team and expedite resolutions
Qualifications:
  • US security clearance preferred and experience in DoD/federal work environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of programming against REST APIs
  • At least 4 years industry experience in a customer facing role within software and/or technology
  • Strong understanding of Internet protocols, data formats and structures, and networking and security technologies
  • Basic understanding of Python and critical thinking skills
