Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customer needs and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the support team to ensure timely responses and address possible issues
  • Escalate issues to Product and Engineering teams when necessary
  • Act as the technical point of contact for large accounts and advocate for product changes
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a technical problem-solving role
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer issues, identify points of escalation, and assist with resolution
  • Genuine passion for helping customers and internal stakeholders solve problems
  • Demonstrated track record of effective critical thinking and clear communication
