Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for a US remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new customer activities and serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Provide world-class support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with QA
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues and develop solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of technical client-facing experience
  • Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
  • Able to read and write code in Python, Java, Objective-C, or a similar object-oriented language
  • Able to handle a wide range of customer personas and skill sets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
