Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for a US remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new customer activities and serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Provide world-class support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with QA
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues and develop solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical client-facing experience
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
- Able to read and write code in Python, Java, Objective-C, or a similar object-oriented language
- Able to handle a wide range of customer personas and skill sets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
