Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized queues of incoming TSI requests and provide timely status updates
- Update Salesforce CRM with customer interactions and collaborate with the sales team on TSI processes
- Prepare and distribute TSI-related reports while contributing to process improvements and ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Experience with data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Familiarity with technical systems integrations
