Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized queues of incoming TSI requests and provide timely status updates
  • Update Salesforce CRM with customer interactions and collaborate with the sales team on TSI processes
  • Prepare and distribute TSI-related reports while contributing to process improvements and ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with data entry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Familiarity with technical systems integrations
