Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Triage support tickets and work on process improvements

Required Qualifications
- Located in the AMER region with a start time of 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time
- Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with live channel support and basic programming concepts
- Previous experience with SaaS companies or technical platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
