Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage support tickets and work on process improvements
  • Assist customers in getting started with the product and diagnose technical issues
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Located in the AMER region with a start time of 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time
  • Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with live channel support and basic programming concepts
  • Previous experience with SaaS companies or technical platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
