Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide live technical support and excellent customer service during remote depositions, troubleshooting audio and video issues in real time
  • Organize all documents needed for virtual depositions
  • Ensure clients are comfortable using the platform and answer any technical questions
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years of experience with video/audio conferencing, specifically Zoom
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a high-stress environment
  • Comfortable using multiple technologies and quickly learning new skills
  • Minimum of 20 hours of availability Monday - Friday
