Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide live technical support and excellent customer service during remote depositions, troubleshooting audio and video issues in real time
- Organize all documents needed for virtual depositions
- Ensure clients are comfortable using the platform and answer any technical questions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1+ years of experience with video/audio conferencing, specifically Zoom
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a high-stress environment
- Comfortable using multiple technologies and quickly learning new skills
- Minimum of 20 hours of availability Monday - Friday
