Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front line support to clients and end users working with eDiscovery software and solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve product issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and assist with eDiscovery workflows
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating effectively, documenting interactions, and escalating issues as needed
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 2-3 years of experience in hardware and software support, troubleshooting technical issues
  • Knowledge of current Windows operating systems and web browsers
  • Working knowledge of Office Productivity Software
  • A+ or ITIL certification preferred
