Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support to clients and end users working with eDiscovery software and solutions
- Diagnose and resolve product issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and assist with eDiscovery workflows
- Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating effectively, documenting interactions, and escalating issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 2-3 years of experience in hardware and software support, troubleshooting technical issues
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems and web browsers
- Working knowledge of Office Productivity Software
- A+ or ITIL certification preferred
