Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative who will provide user-facing technical support for a multimedia editing software product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to users and internal teams, troubleshooting and reporting emerging issues
- Coordinate timely resolutions with QA and Engineering teams
- Develop internal knowledge guides for Support teams to quickly triage and unblock users
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of user-facing technical support experience on a rapidly evolving software product
- Intermediate to advanced experience using multimedia editing software
- Extensive experience supporting Windows, macOS, and browser-based environments
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software systems
- Experience managing a ticket queue and writing detailed technical documentation
