Job Summary
A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Governance Risk and Compliance Computer Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships in order to drive product adoption, expansion, and customer advocacy
- Owning the tracking of customer health scores and proactively engaging unhealthy customers
- Conducting highly effective meetings with customers over web conference
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 + Years Experience in GRC or Risk Advisory, risk management, compliance, or audit
- Ability to understand the value and limitations of the Risk Cloud platform, front and back
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time
- Ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
- Ability to learn and be curious
- Great people skills
