Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Operations Associate to assist with the onboarding and administration of client-sponsored plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain communication with insurance companies, brokers, and clients to facilitate benefit utilization
- Assist in evaluating and developing specifications for company benefits and track the renewal process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; preferred in business, management, or human resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits, preferably in Agency or PEO settings
- Active Life & Health license required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs and various HRIS platforms
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
