Texas Licensed Benefit Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Operations Associate to assist with the onboarding and administration of client-sponsored plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain communication with insurance companies, brokers, and clients to facilitate benefit utilization
• Assist in evaluating and developing specifications for company benefits and track the renewal process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; preferred in business, management, or human resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits, preferably in Agency or PEO settings
• Active Life & Health license required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs and various HRIS platforms
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
