Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Educate and guide members on their plans, tools, and resources to enhance their service experience
- Document and track interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and member needs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience within a call center
- High-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday, 8a-5p CST
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
