A company is looking for a Senior Accountant and Manager - SEC.

- Assist clients and oversee Staff Accountants

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience at a PCAOB Accounting Firm
- Knowledge of SEC accounting and GAAP; familiarity with Statutory Accounting Principles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
