CPA SEC Reporting Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager, US Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the preparation and completion of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and manage the related processes
- Research and communicate accounting positions to partners across decentralized businesses and corporate finance teams
- Support the audit team and assist in performing accounting research for unique and complex transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firm)
- Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements
- Experience working across operating functions and with teams in various geographic locations
- Energetic, hands-on, resourceful self-starter with a consultative and collaborative approach
