Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 DevOps Support Engineer (Remote/After Hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide after-hours remote Tier 1 technical support to internal users and development teams
  • Monitor CI/CD pipeline alerts and escalate failed builds or deployment issues
  • Document and triage incoming issues and service requests in alignment with escalation protocols
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience providing Tier 1 IT support in an enterprise or government setting
  • Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation workflows
  • Ability to work a fixed 24-hour/week schedule during evenings, nights, or weekends
