Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Development Lead Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training and development needs assessment
  • Develop training and development programs and objectives
  • Plan and organize employee development and training events
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
  • Experience participating in the implementation of large-scale learning and development changes
  • Industry experience as a senior professional or manager in business
  • Certified Professional in Learning & Performance Development (CPLP) preferred
