Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Development Lead Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and development needs assessment
- Develop training and development programs and objectives
- Plan and organize employee development and training events
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
- Experience participating in the implementation of large-scale learning and development changes
- Industry experience as a senior professional or manager in business
- Certified Professional in Learning & Performance Development (CPLP) preferred
