Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT End-User Support Specialist to provide technical support and customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktop, peripheral, and audio-visual systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets related to desktop and application issues
- Assist with hardware purchasing, inventory tracking, and IT documentation maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory concepts for user account management
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently without assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration is preferred
