Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT End-User Support Specialist to provide technical support and customer service to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktop, peripheral, and audio-visual systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets related to desktop and application issues
  • Assist with hardware purchasing, inventory tracking, and IT documentation maintenance


Required Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with Active Directory concepts for user account management
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently without assistance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration is preferred
