Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Provide expert advice on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
  • Support customers in filing new claims and offer additional products with empathy
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not licensed
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
