Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Provide expert advice on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Support customers in filing new claims and offer additional products with empathy
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not licensed
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service roles
- Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
