Valuation Property Services Ecosystem Course Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Course Development Manager for Valuation & Property Services Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of content and course delivery for professional education and training in valuation and property services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets accreditation, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Acquire and manage licenses from third-party providers and implement quality control processes for course materials

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, publishing, or developing/editing/producing qualifying education or test-prep material
• Experience in content acquisition, including identifying and recruiting subject matter experts
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Background in professions related to appraisal, mortgage lending, engineering, home inspection, and/or land surveying
• Experience with learning design and/or education technology is a plus
