Vendor Contracting and Procurement Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company in the Legal industry is seeking a Vendor Contracting and Procurement Contracts Manager.
Position Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate NDAs and vendor contracts
- Assist in the administration of the internal approval workflow system
- Support the Legal Operations Manager with special projects, including process improvements for the procurement lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Legal degree (licensed attorney-at-law or admitted solicitor)
- Three or more years of high-quality relevant experience as part of a legal or procurement team
- Experience negotiating a variety of vendor agreements
- Experience working with procurement, negotiating terms, and assessing organizational risks and impacts
- Ability to research and analyze legal issues, and solid proficiency with MS Word
