Job Summary

A company in the Legal industry is seeking a Vendor Contracting and Procurement Contracts Manager.

Position Responsibilities

Review and negotiate NDAs and vendor contracts
Assist in the administration of the internal approval workflow system
Support the Legal Operations Manager with special projects, including process improvements for the procurement lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Legal degree (licensed attorney-at-law or admitted solicitor)
Three or more years of high-quality relevant experience as part of a legal or procurement team
Experience negotiating a variety of vendor agreements
Experience working with procurement, negotiating terms, and assessing organizational risks and impacts
Ability to research and analyze legal issues, and solid proficiency with MS Word
