Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure order accuracy for customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate internal communication and workflow regarding order status and completion
  • Provide support and coaching to employees on quality and work order accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred
  • At least 5 years of technical experience with Softswitch and Feature Applications
  • Minimum 5 years leading a technical team in operations and/or engineering
  • Knowledge of Local Number Portability processes and ILEC/CLEC relationships
  • Strong understanding of IP voice networks and SIP interworking
