Job Summary
A company is looking for a Voice Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure order accuracy for customer satisfaction
- Facilitate internal communication and workflow regarding order status and completion
- Provide support and coaching to employees on quality and work order accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred
- At least 5 years of technical experience with Softswitch and Feature Applications
- Minimum 5 years leading a technical team in operations and/or engineering
- Knowledge of Local Number Portability processes and ILEC/CLEC relationships
- Strong understanding of IP voice networks and SIP interworking
