Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Solution Engineer who will be responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for Workforce Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical audiences
• Conduct discovery conversations and needs analysis for technical topics
• Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of WFM principals and fundamentals
• Experience using WFM software
• Ability to manipulate data using common Microsoft tools
• Understanding of relational databases such as MSSQL and Oracle
• Collaborative team-oriented approach to selling with the ability to develop relationships with business users
