Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Engineer (Remote - US/Canada).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales cycle for customers and prospects
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions to establish project goals and requirements
- Provide architecture leadership and deliver product demonstrations to showcase solutions
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Quote to Cash Process and common use cases
- Knowledge of SaaS subscription terminology (ARR, TCV, LTV)
- Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing
- Understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite/WorkDay/Sage Intacct)
- Familiarity with integration design and patterns
