A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain functional configuration in Workday HRIS system
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday HR enhancements
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and train HR team on Workday solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting an HRIS, preferably Workday
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification in Workday or related HRIS technology is highly desirable
