Workers Compensation Care Coordinator I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator I - Workers' Compensation to support the business by coordinating care to workers' compensation clients via telephone and/or internet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as initial contact for basic inbound/outbound client inquiries, addressing routine questions and escalating more technical issues
• Manage inquiries and resolve simple and basic issues, such as ordering medical supplies, scheduling appointments, managing visits, and referral intake process
• Document relevant information into system(s) to ensure records are clear, concise, and accurate

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer navigation and operation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
