Job Summary
A company is looking for an Academic Systems Analyst in Information Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collects and interprets specifications for developing and revising software applications
- Assists in the development and implementation of operational plans for business applications
- Coordinates testing of applications and trains system users to ensure quality and integrity of data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field
- 3 years of progressively responsible business systems and/or Information Technology project experience
- Experience with systems or project development, testing, installation, and training
- Consideration for applicants without the stated degree but with significant additional IT systems experience
- Preferred experience working with vendors to implement software applications
